1. General Policies

These Terms & Conditions are entered into between you and International Face Painting School EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria ("IFPS", "School", "we", "us", "our"). For questions regarding these Terms, contact us at support@facepaintingschool.com.

1.1 Eligibility

Access to International Face Painting School (“IFPS”, “School”, “we”, “us”, “our”) courses, programs, and resources is open to everyone who accepts these Terms & Conditions. However, enrollment-based access — such as to IFPS courses, IFPS Online Summits, IFPS Studio, and other resources — is limited to registered students, subscribers, and members.

While we do not impose strict age restrictions, some course materials include special effects makeup and imagery that may not be suitable for all ages and could require adult supervision. Recognizing that similar content is widely available on social media platforms, we consider minors for enrollment on a case-by-case basis to ensure appropriate support and guidance.

1.2 Behaviour and Communication

IFPS’s success depends on the professionalism and expertise of our well-trained coaches and instructors who abide by a strict internal code of conduct. All students, subscribers, coaches, and staff must treat each other with respect and uphold professional standards at all times.

Harassment, bullying, or disruptive conduct is unacceptable and may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.

1.3 Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All course content, digital materials, e-badges, certificates, images, videos, and other School resources are the intellectual property of International Face Painting School EOOD and are licensed solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Please note, “FACE PAINTING SCHOOL” is a registered trademark in the United States and is protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction, downloading, sharing, republishing, editing, or modification of any materials or imagery without express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, expulsion, or legal proceedings.

1.4 User Content Licensing and Moderation

By posting or submitting any content, including comments, artwork, or other materials (“User Content”) to IFPS platforms or communities, you grant IFPS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify such User Content for purposes related to our services.

You represent that you own or have permission to use and share all User Content you submit and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

IFPS reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, remove, or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

1.5 Disclaimers

The instructional content, advice, and guidance provided by IFPS reflect professional experience and opinions. Students are responsible for adherence to relevant local laws, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

IFPS disclaims liability for any injury or damage arising from use or misuse of techniques, products, or advice.

1.6 Account Suspension & Payments

Access to IFPS services may be suspended or terminated for failure to meet payment obligations or breaches of these Terms. All payment plans, including installments, must be completed as agreed. Chargebacks or disputed payments are prohibited and may trigger immediate suspension.

Refund eligibility is restricted to the conditions outlined herein.

1.7 Communications

IFPS communicates primarily via digital platforms including course portals, emails, newsletters, service updates, and promotional communications. Students may unsubscribe or modify preferences any time via available settings or by contacting support@facepaintingschool.com.

2. Product-Specific Policies

2.1 Professional Course — PRO Certified / PRO Diamond

  • Access:
    • Students receive 24 months of access to the Professional Course starting from the enrollment date or purchase date.
    • Students are required to complete and pass all mandatory homework tasks and assessments within 6 months of the student's official start date, to be eligible for certification.
    • Any requested delayed start must commence within the first month of purchase.
    • Compassionate coaching holds may be granted for up to 3 months under exceptional circumstances, applying solely to coaching access and not extending total course access.
  • Academic Integrity: Cheating — including AI use, plagiarism, submission of others' work, falsification, or digital alterations — results in expulsion. Re-enrollment after expulsion requires full payment and course restart, and may be denied.
  • Refunds: Only considered when all below met, at IFPS discretion:
    • Written request within 90 days of start.
    • Completion of lessons, assignments, tests, and designs.
    • All Part Two tasks painted on real skin.
    • All mandatory designs are painted on real faces (or practice heads if specifically approved in writing).
    • Required images submitted compressed to support@facepaintingschool.com with the request.
    • Once a valid refund request is received, IFPS will process the refund within 10 days.
    • Students paying via instalments who do not submit a refund request within 90 days are obligated to complete all remaining payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of course access.
  • Extensions:
    • 6-Month One-Off Extension: Adds up to 6 months of coaching access and up to 12 months of course access from the date of purchase. No refunds.
    • 1-Month Coaching Boost: A one-time, non-recurring purchase that extends coaching access by one month. This is not a subscription and does not renew or require cancellation. Extends coaching only, no additional course access. No refunds.
    • Students granted an extension may still receive their certificate if all course requirements are successfully completed during their extension period.

2.2 Professional Course — PRO Basic

  • Access:
    • Students receive 12 months of access to the Professional Course starting from the enrollment date or purchase date, unless a delayed start is approved in writing.
    • Any requested delayed start must commence within 6 months of purchase.
    • Compassionate holds are not available
  • Refunds are not available
  • Payments:
    • Students paying via instalments are obligated to complete all payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of course access.
  • Extensions:
    • One-Off Extension: Add up to 12 months of course access from the date of purchase. No refunds.
  • Upgrades to the PRO Certified Course are available on request in writing

2.2 Focused Courses

Access Timeframe

  • Students have access for 3 months from enrolment.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are available.

2.3 Business Course

Access Timeframe

  • Students have access for 12 months from enrolment.

2.4 IFPS Studio — Guest Hub

Access

  • Guest Hub is a free space for all members.
  • Members must sign up and complete their profiles to receive access.
  • Members must adhere to platform guidelines and respect the community rules.

Community Guidelines

  1. Maintain a safe space: no bullying, harassment, or hate speech.
  2. Show respect and warmth: constructive criticism only, no personal attacks.
  3. Keep discussions relevant and reasonable: stay on topic.
  4. Respect everyone’s privacy: do not repost content without permission.
  5. No solicitation, spam, or promotion of competing services.
  6. Give credit where credit is due for shared ideas or inspiration.
  7. Avoid cross-posting questions to multiple sections.
  8. Live events: disruptive behaviour may result in removal from events or community spaces.
  9. IFPS reserves the right to suspend or remove content or members at its discretion.

2.5 IFPS Studio — Artists Studio & Experts League

Access

  • Annual subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for a further term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Members may cancel at any time; upon cancellation, the subscription will not renew and access continues until the end of the current paid term.
  • Reminder email sent 2 weeks prior to renewal.

IFPS regularly adds and expands content within Artists Studio and Experts League. Routine updates, additions, and improvements do not require prior notice. If IFPS ever makes a substantial change that materially reduces the essential features or value of an active subscription, members will be notified in advance and offered a reasonable remedy, such as extended access or replacement content for the affected period.

EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from this subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase, without giving any reason. If you request immediate access to Artists Studio or Experts League content before the 14-day period ends, you expressly agree that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that this may result in the loss of your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations before renewal prevent further charges, with access continuing until the end of the paid term.

2.6 Online Summit Events

Access

  • Live ticket grants access to classes and replays only during the event until midnight Lisbon time (GMT+1) on the final day.
  • Extended access to that event’s replays is available for 3 months from the first live class.
  • Access to the full Summit back catalogue lasts 6 months from the first live class.

Refund Policy

  • Tickets and access are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Third-Party Services and Links

IFPS may integrate third-party services or contain links to external websites. These third parties are independent, and IFPS disclaims responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is subject to respective terms and conditions.

4. Prohibited Conduct

By using IFPS services or platforms, you agree NOT TO:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any laws or regulations.
  • Harass, threaten, demean, or harm any individual or group.
  • Infringe any intellectual property or proprietary rights of others.
  • Share or distribute unauthorized materials or confidential information.
  • Interfere with security features, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Make unauthorized recordings, live stream content externally, or share course credentials.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or disruptive content.
  • Engage in fraudulent conduct including impersonation or falsifying information.
  • Sell, transfer, or sublicense your access or licenses without consent.
  • Assist others to engage in any prohibited acts.

5. Dispute Resolution

IFPS strives to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by Bulgarian law and may be referred to mediation or arbitration consistent with local enforceability standards before court action.

6. Privacy Statement

We collect personal data to provide services and communications. Data is securely stored and never sold or shared without consent except when legally obliged. Retention is indefinite unless deletion is requested. Users may manage communication preferences anytime.

7. Additional Terms

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including any mandatory rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement. IFPS reserves the right to modify Terms with updates effective on posting. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. Account closure may be requested at any time.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.
