I've been passionate about face painting for eight years. I joined the International Face Painting School to improve my skills and learn from the best, and it was the right choice. I started the course when my daughter was 8 months old, so I was on maternity leave at the time.
I managed to complete my training in four and a half months, alongside a 3-year-old at home. I found the course had a pace that allowed me to balance family life and studies well — I never felt like I had to choose between the two.
Now I'm proud to add a certificate in face painting alongside a degree in Education and a Master's degree.
As a lifelong learner and an educator for 26 years, I wanted to set a personal goal, earn accreditation I could share with my clients, and challenge myself to grow. I've always believed that to truly learn something, you should also be willing to be assessed.
After more than two decades as a successful face painter, I honestly thought I had my craft fully under control.

The Halloween Summit was my personal wake-up call. I made the decision to enroll as a Pro Student to professionalize what I already loved.
